Mobile order service here is hit and miss. Your better off to just order at the store.
Great experience. Got everything we wanted. Ordered 2 bowls with rice, black beans, tomatoes, corn and lettuce with tortilla on the side. We even got my birthday present of chips and guac. The lady who took our order who also handled the payment was so kind and pleasant. She's the best!!! Thank you!!!
Order placed with the app at 7:10pm. Requested pick-up time was 7:45pm.nArrived to pick-up food order at 7:44pm.nFood was ready for pick-up at 8:14pm.nnBetween 7:44 and 8:14 someone arrived, ordered, got there food and left. All before the order I put in through the app more than 35mins earlier was ready to go.nnPreviously we used the app and had the food delivered. We noticed the arrival time changed to a later arrival window twice and thought it was odd, and disappointing. Now we know it, most likely, wasn't the driver but rather, Chipotle itself being slow to complete online/app orders.nnFood is still Chipotle good but, I can't give you 4 or 5 stars with this ridiculousness happening.
I don't know why I expect a different outcome whenever I come to this location once per year. Always the same. Counter top always filled with food, I see no one walking around cleaning it. The rice was hard, not fully cooked. Service is so slow, so many drivers were waiting for orders as well. Too many young people look like high school kids, therefore they have no idea of how to keep an area clean and how to cook the food. They were just walking around instead of using their time to clean. Please Clean ud83eudd74. This location needs better Management and more training. The best location in Bowie is in Vista Garden. They need to learn from Vista Garden Chipotle.
Excellent spot for tasty Italian food. Service is awesome even when they are busy. Prices are appropriate for the quality. Food and atmosphere reminds me in the city.
