Let me start by saying we generally love Chipotle; this is not our favorite location. In general, the service and food has been spotty here. They are generally slow. Most of the time they seem to skimp on what goes in the bowls (our usual order). Sometimes the proteins are barely seasoned; sometimes they are way too salty, and often it is tough. Usually, it is barely warm.nWe have held off on giving a review until last night. I placed an order online, and it said it would be ready by 6:15pm. Knowing this location, I knew that was optimistic but thought surely it would be ready by 6:30. That said, I still arrived at 6:15pm. I stood in the online pickup line and no one of the staff even acknowledged my presence until about 6:40pm - even though people who arrived after me got food before me. Finally at 6:52, I asked if they could please give me an update as my food was supposed to have been ready by 6:15pm. You would have thought I asked the guy to move a mountain. I finally walked out with my food at 7:00pm. Living nearby, we were eating by 7:05, but the food was already cold.nWe likely won't be back here.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I just had a phone call with the so called “manager” between the disgusting apathetic attitude, or the lack of solution it took away my appetite. I placed a order from door dash I’m missing half of my order. Then he said they’re did nothing wrong when he clearly read it off to me as I told him I didn’t have any of that. Continuing to blame it on me. Then saying “I’m not going to fight you over a refund” it’s sad trying to get decent costumer service is seen as trying to fight. I was told I could receive compensation through them if it was there fault when it was. This was beyond disgusting it beat how disgusting the food was

Terrible. Will never go back. Servers have no regard of how they serve. They were constantly reaching over all the plates. Their clothes and aprons were touching the food. I contacted them to discuss what happened and no one returned my email or called me. Mentioned it to the server she offered to change my plate but kept on doing the same thing while I was leaving. Guess that's the norm.

Do you like to wait in the lobby for your online order for almost 30 minutes while you watch walk-ins order and receive their food before you do? Then you should definitely come here.nHave you ever ordered a salad and received no lettuce? I have from this location.nI like Chipotle but can't recommend this location at all.
