Convenient parking for those riding cars to the station. Underground pass tends to flood for very heavy rains. Waiting areas/sheds are open. No closed or indoor shelter nearby in case of inclement weather.

No shortage of parking spaces....even before the apocalypse hit.

Free parking and not crowded. Best place to board the MARC going to Union Station. Plenty of parking spaces on both sides of track.
