I actually did not have an appointment originally, just saw them doing my neighbors house and went over to their house. As soon as the guy saw me he came over to explain what services they provided and instructed me on how to make an appointment. I liked how we both walked the house while he explained what they would do on each side. The house is nice and clean and the customer service was outstanding. I will be using them again in 2 years and would recommend them to anyone who needs that green stuff removed from your siding.

Said he would do 'soft wash' instead of 'power wash' and that it was better. It smelled of bleach for days around our house, and whatever he used, it killed a couple of our plants, and some are still trying to hang in there, not sure if they'll survive. Whatever chemicals he used, they were washed into the ground. Also his business approach felt very sleazy for me, but as we were pressed for time I just tried to ignore it. He texted me the estimate, when I asked if he needed to come by for a firm price he texted me a Google Earth photo of my house and asked if that's what it was, I said yes, so he confirmed the price. When he came, he increased his price.

Great Job! Affordable Painting & Power Washing exceeded my expections. Mr. Robinson was knowledgable, patient, and had a wonderful personality. One of the best people in the business. Thank you for taking the time and putting in all work you had to do to clean the siding on my house. Very much appreciated.
