I called ahead to check the availability of the item. I provided the item number and was placed on a brief hold. The young lady checked their inventory and informed me there was only one (1) item available. She offered to place the item on hold. She took my info and verified that I called the right store and knew the location. I arrived at the store and was greeted immediately after walking in the store. I stated I had just called and referenced the item. The young lady said my name and pulled the item from the hold shelf (not display case). She showed me the item and allowed me to exam them. She verified I still wanted to purchase before proceeding with processing the transaction. She changed the price to match the price displayed on the website. She made small talk while she helped me.She asked what occasion I was celebrating. She then wrapped the item and placed a nice bow on it. Very very nice experience!! Highly recommend them.

Went in for Movado Bold watch Crystal repair and Battery replacement. Staff was very courteous, and knowledgeable Price was very reasonable. Turnaround time was great.
