A very incompetent group of people. I am power of attorney for an elderly family member. They took possession of the power of attorney at settlement and were to return it to me in 3 months. I had to have my real estate agent call and remind them. Then they put it in regular mail to the elderly persons old address, where no one lives. They supposedly mailed it over a week ago and still no sign of it. This is an original legal document!! Anyone should have had enough good sense not to put in the regular mail, let alone send it to the wrong address!! It should have been hand delivered or at least certified mail. I would have gone to pick it up if they called and told me they were done with it. If they are this incompetent with this one document, makes me wonder if they know what they are doing at all.
