I received beyond exceptional service from Kimberly. She was very detailed, knowledgeable and she communicated with me throughout the process. She was able offer me discounts and coverage that other insurance companies werent able to provide to me since I own a luxury car (Bentley). With restrictions of the covid and not being able to physically go into a office and meet with her or anyone I felt very confidant with my choice of coverage and my selection of an insurance company.
