Their website is still open but the stores close people drive there and waste their time

Went for an appointment and they weren’t there, the store was closed. The gentleman on the phone (George) for the Bowie location waited 20 minutes after my appointment time to return my call and say, “oops we closed that location I’m in Philly!” I’m not driving to Philly from Southern MD this is a huge Fail!! Will look else where but will never look at that company again!

Please do not buy a hot tub from this coming they play to many games. They take your money and don’t receive anything. So here is the story I ordered the hot tub, paid my 500.00 deposit. They placed the order and never told me when it would be completed all they were worried about is the delivery fee when completed of another 500.00 dollars. I spoke with the sales person a Tom gaskins. I then emailed him several emails about sending the pictures of the hot tub to know where the acc panel is located. I was building a deck for the hot tub. During a two week period Tom Haskins Got fired from the company. I never was notified by the company that Tom GASKINS did not work for the company any longer and that I would have a new sales person etc.I then got hold of a supervisor and the supervisor still did not have any answers as to when the hot tub would be delivered. I to this day still do not know of a date it will be delivered. I contacted the main company office in Tennessee and they advised me that they would have to find out their self. I then asked if I would be Compensated then i got hold of a supervisor and the supervisor still do I have any answers as to when the hot tub would be delivered. I then ask if I would be compensated for my time and for dealing with the aggravation of all of this. The gentleman could not tell me what he could compensate me with just said he would be in touch with me. I do not understand how this company operates when they get rid of a guy and they don’t notify you of anything. This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. I could’ve went to BJ’s wholesale club and bought the same exact hot tub different company and had it delivered with in a week The gentleman advise me I would still have to pay a delivery fee of $500 for it to be delivered to my backyard I advised him that I will not except a delivery from them. I have already started making payments on this hot tub that I ordered and still have not yet to receive it I don’t understand how they can make you make payments on something that you have not received the first payment should be at least a day that you receive it Please do not buy anything from this company. What a joke.

We got a six person hot tub at an reasonable price, quality constructed products, comfortable seating very pleased with our purchase we talked with Jason very professional and knowledgeable about the product we hav enjoyed entertaining our family and friends will recommend this company to others

Aqua Living (LPI Inc.) is by far the shadiest business I have ever encountered. All their 5-star reviews are from fakes that review Aqua Living outlets in multiple states. It's unclear if they are even properly registered to operate in MD.nnWe were forced to refuse delivery of our tub after the shipper dropped it three feet off of their truck, causing significant damage. Instead of working this out with the shipper, Aqua Living instead tried to tell us the spa was fine (without inspecting it) and tried to make us pay for both the initial failed delivery to the curb ($250) AND the second delivery to the pad ($400). They tried to justify this with some legally unenforceable language in their order receipt about the number of people required to unload the spa (as if the shipper or their insurer would ever allow customers to hop onto their truck and assume such liability).nnWe had to have a LAWYER contact LPI’s president and threaten a lawsuit before they agreed to re-test the tub and deliver it without further charge. (And really, we should have gotten an entirely new tub.) When the tub was finally delivered, the accessories we paid for were absent (chemical kit, booster seat). We are still waiting for the booster seat, now three months after placing our order.nnMost of our interaction with Aqua Living has been with MH, variously identified to us as a technician, a regional manager, and a deputy of the regional manager (his father, apparently). MH copped a nasty attitude from the start, until we made clear we were pursuing our legal options. There is no doubt that MH and Aqua Living would (and probably do) take advantage of customers without the resources to protect themselves. Though Aqua Living offer low prices, you will pay for the difference and then some in wasted time, frustration, and other costs before you get what you are owed from them. STAY AWAY!!
