My experience here is far from what the others are saying! The front desk staff are very rude and insensitive! It seems like they just come to work for a check! I will not be bringing my kids back here! Always booked up and nobody calls me back when I leave messages. I called yesterday for my daughter to be seen (she has the Flu) . They told me to call back the next day for her to be seen at 8:30AM. I called back the next day at 8:30AM nobody answered. I called back 30 seconds later and the young lady answered , put me on hold and then hung up. I called back immediately and the front desk told me they were BOOKED UP! At this point it was 8:35AM She got smart with me even after I told her my daughter has the Flu and needed to be seen. We got off the phone and my husband call them back for more clarity because he was confused as to why we couldn’t be seen when the previous day they told us my daughter will be seen for sure! The front desk started to explain to my husband that my daughter has a $25 balance that needs to be paid. Remember nobody mentioned this $25 balance to me! I was just told they were booked. I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy! The staff is horrible !!!! Never seen anything like this in my life before ! So unprofessional. Please save your self the disappointment in this practice ! Money hungry !!!! Insensitive staff!!!! Please please I beg parents to not bring their children here. I’m also in the medical field so I can be understanding but this experience was not the first at this practice!!! So I’m breaking my silence!! I wish I could give ZERO stars

Called today to schedule an appointment for my daughter , and after explaining that she needs to see the doctor ( which she has been seeing since she was born) they told me they can onlu du virtual visit, I'm disappointed at this place, very disappointed. They should be closed, where is doctors commenting and moral to see their patients when they need them.

New patient: staff was pleasant and helpful as I completed the new patient process and transferring my medical records. And the doctor was very helpful, personable, and took her time. She truly cares about her patients and their concerns. She even provided me with a new dermatologist and ENT based on concerns I had during my visit. Definitely recommend this doctor!!!

Dr Bahrami is awesome - kind, caring, smart, understanding. Best doctor I’ve ever met - & that’s a lot! Practice sees a lot of kids but she is an internist & also sees adults.
