The top-to-bottom professional courtesy and exceptional service provided by everyone from the front desk staff, the dental technicians and the doctors have been consistent through the years. My most recent visit prompted this review. I want to especially express my personal appreciation to Josephine, my dental technician during this visit. She was patient, pleasant, courteous and above all completely answered my questions and addressed all my concerns. There COVID protocol is not intrusive and provide a level of reassurance we all seek during these trying times. I highly recommend Labbe Orthodontics and thanks again Josephine. Keep Smiling!

They cancel my first appointmentnThen call me the next day to say another patient canceled and if I can come innI drive all the way there and because I’m a few minutes late they tell me they can’t see me anymorenHorrible officenHorrible peoplenI just wasted my time, gas, and money paying for my child care provider to watch my child to come to this appointment

I had a wonderful experience with Labbe Family Orthodontics, everyone is so personable! Very friendly, caring atmosphere and great patient service. They have been so good to me, they made me feel so comfortable and at ease all the time. I can't even express my thanks to everyone. I recommend them to anyone looking for a brighter smile. I love Dr. Labbe's practice. There is nothing they haven't thought of. They offered one-on-one training for brushing techniques for my son, they had a small celebration for when his braces came off, and even gave me the sweetest basket for Valentine's Day! They even have an annual skate party for all of their customers. A very warm, and nurturing place to be. Thank you to all of the staff at Dr. Labbe's practice... all locations!
