Barnes & Noble

I am genuinely astounded that Barnes and Noble is still in business. They have survived when other major booksellers have not. Finding a book at B&N is a serious challenge. They have all these sections with sub-sections. Anyone who is looking for something specific will probably need to ask one of the staff to tell them which section and shelf its on. B&N has been like this for decades. Do they really make enough money on browser business? They need to put a terminal in the middle of the store for customers to look up a specific book. Maybe they could take a page from Home Depot’s playbook and create an app that tells the customer if the book is in the store and exactly where it is. (I know HD is still working kinks on that but that’s another review.)

My 13 year old son accomplished one of his dreams. Hes always wanted to do this since he was 5 so for 2017 we made it happen. The staff rocks, professional and take the fear away from you. I highly recommend Barnes & Noble at Universal Citywalk anyone really can do it.

I really wish I could remember the name of the employee I contacted on the morning of 2/14/21, before they were even open during their regular business hours. They went out of their way to process my request and ship directly to my house. I received my product by that Tuesday. This store really went above and beyond and it was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you again!

Love this store and go in whenever I get the chance. The bathrooms here are clean and the employees are able to point you in the right direction if you dont feel like using the computer there. The children's section is smaller compared to some other Barnes and Noble location but they still carry a great selection. It is neat and organized as well.

I love Barnes & Noble. Even through the pandemic you can find a quiet place in the store to read. I live being able to peruse through the books to find the right read. Thanks for staying relevant Barnes & Noble.
