Had a 10 am appointment (said they opened at 10). Walked in to 2 employees with clients already getting mani and pedi done and another person waiting. Waited 20 minutes after two more people walked in (now 6 people with 2 employees- 4 of us waiting). It seems it means nothing to have an appointment and apparent disregard for clients time. I walked out and I promise they did not even notice.

You will not find anyone more talented and who actually cares about her customer's/employee's/family like Natalie! I never leave her disappointed about anything i have had done and she does it all!

I am not usually one to leave a negative review, but I feel as though I must for this one. I have been getting acrylics for 9 years now. My first experience getting a fill here was okay. The tech was really sweet, but her work was pretty sloppy. I was left with acrylic all over the sides of my nail beds and spots missing on my matte top coat. Overall, wasn’t too bad. My second fill here was with a different nail tech and it was horrible. I had one nail break off from my last fill, which never usually happens to me. When I showed up for my fill I told her one of my nails had broken off and that my nail was pretty thin. She proceeded to use the drill on my natural nail plate, that was already damaged, until it started to bleed. She then proceeded to still put acrylic overtop of my bleeding nail. She did not ask if I wanted my nails shorter, about changing the shape, nothing. On top of all of this, she buffed my nails so thin that right now, 3 days later, 4 more of my nails have completely broken off. It is safe to say I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

Went to Natalies tonite for a manicure and Stephanie is the best ! Would so reccommend her and she is a awesome Beautician !

The owner is AMAZING as long as everyone else, great prices and over all amazing the only place I go to get my eye brows and nails done❤ufe0f
