First, a big shout out to the staff at Meadow Creek for keeping a clean and safe environment during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have been a patient of Pivot, at the Meadow Creek location in Westminster, for about 4 years. The staff is simply wonderful, from Heidi greeting me as soon as I come in, to Josh and Jennifer, the BEST physical therapists ever! Each one takes a personal interest in making sure every patient is getting the best one on one care possible. Jen and Josh both know every patient that comes through the door and are able to assist each other, ensuring all patients have that personal touch during every visit. The place is always clean and very upbeat! I know when I come each week my therapy is going to be on point, fun and keeping me on the path to healing. I’ve sent many patients to this location because I know how well they will be taken care of. Thanks Jennifer, Heidi and Josh for always making me feel like your only patient! After 2 triple fusions on both feet/ankles, I couldn’t have gotten through it without the help and support of this wonderful team!

All the therapists are very caring and knowledgeable with their treatments for their patients. One on one care is important to help with recuperation from knee surgery and I have received excellent care and encouragement from Josh Hennigh. He has helped me to challenge myself to increase range of motion.

Sarah is a great professional therapist- She gave me aqua therapy and adapted the exercises to my symptoms. I was very comfortable with her and she was very patient and knowledgeable! She is an asset to Pivot.

This is my first ever experience with PT. I have been going for the last few weeks and I absolutely love the folks that are helping me!! Heidi, Jen, Josh, and Vanessa are all awesome!! I highly recommend this location!!
