My wife has MS and has been coming to TheraFit For Over 10 years. The staff is very knowledgeable and always open to new challenges to help the patients who come through their doors. I tried this because of so many good reviews. I was given a person who had no clue what she was doing and even had the book open and laying on me while trying to perform physical therapy. This place seems to be OK for disabled people, but if you are an active and able bodied person go somewhere else. The equipment is old and outdated and the bare minimum. The door didn't even open correctly for the disabled people to press the handicapped button. The people are very nice, but the company doesn't seem to re-invest any money to keep the place to current standards.

I have been taking physical therapy for many many years at TheraFit. I have also taken occupational therapy at TheraFit for the past few years. TheraFit is unique with special equipment for my physical needs. Most of their equipment is heavily used and should be better maintained or replaced. It would also be wonderful if we could have aquatherapy at the Westminster office. I certainly appreciate TheraFit as there are no other PT businesses that offer therapy for neurological needs. I just hope the owners realize they have a great business but need to focus on keeping customers happy, equipment maintained and focus on the original location.
