I had gone to Westminster Walmart pharmacy but they didn’t have my medicine in stock and suggested I might try calling the Hampstead Store. I had stopped going to Hampstead because as of late they never have it in stock either . Since I had already wasted gas to go there , I called and asked if they had my medicine in stock . The technician said she could not give me this information because I was requesting a controlled substance ! If I have a prescription from a doctor why should it matter if it’s a controlled substance, obviously it was what my doctor said I needed and after looking up what that meant I felt very demeaned by this person . In the past I remember having to call different pharmacies and they had no problem telling me this , so I didn’t have to waste my time driving to each one etc..... Luckily I saw a Rite -Aid near by went thru there drive thru and they were wonderful and accommodating. I’m done with the rudeness and never having anything in stock and now treating me like I was a drug addict & criminal that would try & steal a controlled substance , which makes no sense because I had a prescription and obviously other pharmacies keep medicine in stock so people can get what their Doctor prescribed for them to be healthy!! It’s ridiculous

Always out in a timely fashion! I use the walmart app to fill up my prescription and I also get text messages so I don't have to wait in line for a prescription that is not ready yet. Super friendly staff and knowledge pharmacists.
