Worst experience of bed side manner I have ever witnessed by Dr London. His goal is to give you his opinion you keep you mouth shut and get out of his office. His attitude was so demeaning i was in shock that a doctor was so mean and insensitive. Just thankful I have thick skin and didn't take the experience personal. Cannot comment on his skills nor do I ever want to.

I would recommend Dr. Scott London to anyone that is in need of a GREAT ENT. During appts, Dr. London makes sure he explains everything to you thoroughly, looks at CT scan results with you to help you understand what is going on inside causing the problems, and answers any/all questions you may have. On surgery day itself, Dr. London comes to your bedside and talks to you before you have the surgery to again answer any questions and to explain the chain of events that will take place on the surgical day. The surgical staff at Westminster Surgery Center also great, caring, and compassionate. The day after the surgery, Dr. London himself, called to check on me and make sure I was doing okay. That to me separates good surgeons from Great surgeons, because it shows they actually care and are compassionate, and not just out to make money. Couldn't ask for better bedside manner, knowledge, & care. Dr. London is the best ENT, so if you have a problem, you should seek an appt with him. Thank you Dr. London
