Worse doctor ever. He doesn’t listen and doesn’t seem very educated in endocrinology. He seems to have the basic knowledge a ten year old may regarding basic facts about symptoms. I would see a more knowledgeable provider.

Dr. Gurung is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever seen. He didn’t listen to me, and seemed judgmental. He told me if I don’t hear from him in a week about my blood work to call the office because he’ll forget. Who says that to a patient. Well I had it on Monday and today is Friday and still have not heard anything from him. Very unprofessional. I told him the medicine I was on gave me side effects and I couldn’t take it the way I was supposed too and he didn’t bother to switch it to something else. He didn’t seem like he wanted to help me at all. I walked out of the office feeling worse then I did when I went in. It took me 4 months to get in to see him and all that happened was he took more blood.

Dr. Sara Loeffler is wonderful as a doctor, she has a great bedside manner, she is attentive and caring. She listens to you and you talk the problem through and make decisions together. She is so knowledgeable, I recommend her to everyone. She is so joyful as a person, always smiling.

I love Dr. Loeffler. She is the best. She treats patients as people, not just a name on a chart. She took great care in explaining my condition to me so that I could really understand, and fully answered all my questions. Definitely would recommend her.

Dr. Loeffler is hands-down one of the best doctors I have ever had. If you are looking for an endocrinologist that will actually listen to you when you speak, you have found her. Dr. Loeffler is extremely easy to communicate with and has an amazing bedside manner. I have been trying to figure out a debilitating health issue I've had for over 20 years and she was able to figure it out in two office visits (with bloodwork in between the visits).nnIf you are in need of an endocrinologist, I can't recommend her highly enough. It does take some time to get on her schedule as she seems to be booked but please don't let that discourage you, it is 100% worth the wait.
