Never really had them listen to any health concerns. Also continually called and send letters to me after my dad died wanted money for his balance. They were repeatedly told there was no estate but the letters still havent stopped.

The staff in the Westminster office are all very kind and patient. I've had wonderful care from Carolyn Funke as well. She really listens and wants what's best, and being a PA, you get a good amount of time with her each visit. The only downside to this practice is they haven't modernized to use some of the conveniences other practices provide, like electronic refill requests and the ability to email/message providers. The phone is often busy, and a different records system would probably ease that pain point.

I am shocked to read some of these reviews. I have been with Carroll Primary Care for many years(10+) and have received excellent care. Dr. Nylar U is primarily the doctor that I see and she is an excellent doctor. Found my heart condition by doing an EKG right in her office. I have also received excellent care from her since my 2 open heart surgeries. I have been seen by Dr. Sikorski and the physician assistants when Dr. U was out or unavailable. They have always been very professional and given me excellent care. The front office staff manager can be a bit kirt & strict and has charged me a 25.00 fee for a missed appointment. I was kinda surprised at that being a long time patient and not having ever missed an appointment.It may seem like not a lot of money, but it is a lot to a struggling senior citizen. Other than that, I apprciate the care I've recieved atCarroll Primary care and would reccomend them.

We clearly stated from the beginning that we were a new patient needing an appointment. The lady took all of our information and scheduled us for an appointment. A little over 2 hours before-they canceled because we were a “new patient.” Poor communication and customer service.
