The slowest fast food place ever, consistently have to wait 10+ min for a single coffee even when you're the only one in the drive thru lane. Takes them forever to acknowledge you when you pull up to the intercom. Seriously do not go to this location if you are in a hurry. Coffee is good, staff is friendly, but going to a fast food restaurant you expect it to be quick... It's literally in the name FAST food. Really disappointing it being the closest location.
The best place where I can go get my COFFEE. Friendly staff, faster service. All the full combination in one.
I would rather drive out of my way to go to another location instead of going here. The staff is INCOMPETENT and lacks customer service skills. I was at the window and forgot to order a donut. The cashier said “we don’t add to orders.” Meanwhile, there was no one behind me. I asked if I should should go through the drive thru again and in a huff she said “I will only do it this time. Never again.” I cannot wait for that location to close. It is a waste of space.
Friendly and polite staff. My favorite Dunkin Donuts! Even though another is closer to my house, I will go to this location because of how the staff is to you.
I visit this Dunkin’ frequently as it is close to my work. The service is always quick and the orders are correct. The employees are SO friendly and polite! My favorite Dunkin’ by far.
