Always great!! Good food and best bread and bagels! Strawberry poppy seed salad is back! One of the best and it's delicious tons of fruit and chicken... It only comes once a year so better get it before it's gone!!

The last 3 times I have done the rapid in-store pickup I have walked in and waited. And waited. And waited. 10+ minutes each time. Each time someone noticed I had been standing there too long and asked what order I was waiting on. Each time they walked to a table behind the counter and picked up my bag that was sitting there the entire time I've been standing there. How hard is it? Put. The. Bag. On. The. Shelf. It was even checked twice and left there anyway. On top of that the food you get to take home is always subpar compared to what you get when you eat in the restaurant which is usually pretty good. I guess they figure since it's leaving the store they have less chance of getting complaints. Not to mention they have missed items in the orders more than once.

Ordered chicken noodle soup. Almost all broth. Took it back and got maybe a couple more noodles. Didn't complain anymore. I just won't go back. The staff is nice.

I order from this location quite frequently, among others. I called to state my complaint, only to be put on hold and never gotten back to. I got home with my salad that I always get, only to find that the bowl was half full of lettuce, barley any chicken, and just not up to par. This isn't the first time I've had an issue, but I am not one to complain. Just would be nice to be able to let management know. Very disappointing.

Panera is good. Tried the cheese flatbread. Was a little doughy for my taste but I like crispy more than soft. Was still good and glad I tried it.
