Good place. Authentic, quality service and products. You can't go wrong. Most of the employees are excellent and very helpful. They have just about everything you need. Oh, and buy baby chicks from here, they do an excellent job and buy from a great hatchery.

Absolutely love this place. Prices are very competitive to the regular chains. But the best part about this place, family owned! Who doesn’t want to shop and support local businesses? They are the foundation of our community.nWe buy most of our chicken necessities and the actual chickies themselves here. The biggest problem I have with this store is going during Chick days. It is so hard to resist! And they even bring in some different breeds that you won’t find anywhere else.nWild bird food? Best selection you will find! We only buy our bird food from here.nAll in all, we love Bowman’s and they have been our lifesavers with chicken injuries and sickness. They’ve always had everything we need.

Its... nice. I bought my first set of baby chicks here and they're thriving at almost 2months old now, the prices seem okay and I love the dog treat section for my pit. Sometimes the employees are kind of rude and other times they're perfectly friendly. I'm not sure what's up with that but it seems like the youngest employees are definitely the nicest. I'll continue going because I love the store itself. Anyways here's a bunch of pics of my chicks that I purchased here. They are so happy and growing so well. I had two leghorns with poopy butt when I first brought them home but we got them all cleaned up and they're doing great now with no more issues. I love these mother cluckers so much!

I can honestly say my experience was less than poor with this store. They sold me an expired bag of dog food under the pretext of a “sale” and laughed in my face when I called and asked for a refund. The manager was a complete jerk and the staff members were less than accommodating. Every pet store within a 20 mile radius has a policy of returning expired dog food, but apparently, they needed the money. I realize that COVID-19 has impacted local businesses poorly, but purposely selling expired dog food is heinous. No amount of money is worth putting animals in danger. The animals at the store were in completely atrocious condition. The betta fish have no oxygen or aeration in their laughable mason jar “tanks” and there were many mice and rabbits in poor condition as well. I cannot stress this enough : the customer is always right. Please educate your staff and teach them this, so that no one has to have the experience I did. To not only mistreat and invalidate my experience; but then to laugh in my face was extremely disgusting and my very last straw. I have been in this store so many times, ignoring the rudeness of some of the staff members in order to buy my dog the food he needs. The only reason I ever shopped here was to obtain the food that is not carried in any of my local stores. I’d rather fund big businesses, like Amazon, who at least have an exceptionally laid out return policy and customer satisfaction guarantee. I can’t express how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with the treatment I received today and I sincerely hope no one has to go through this again. I cannot stress this enough, do not shop here.
