I was. At this store for the shot vet. They were a good 15 minutes late and then more time to set up. I've never used the service before. There were a few of us inside trying to figure out where to go. The cashier was pretty. New, but had no information, whatsoever, about the location or anything. The manager on duty came out as the can finally arrived, saying they're usually in the parking lot somewhere ud83dude44 that was it. There was also a puppy training class while I was there. It was great to see so many folks taking advantage of offered services. The store, in general, was clean and stocked. I would only suggest that information be CLEARLY marked for programs being offered, or supported, by PetSmart. There were no signs ... ANYWHERE! PLEASE NOTE.. this is NOT my normal location for shopping or pet services, as I'm not from the area. It just so happened that this location was hosting the vaccination program I needed*

I really like this place. My only complaint is the high cost. I have three fur baby pups and a fur grandkitty. They adore visiting this establishment, and they love the people working and shopping here. Great selection of goods for all your furry, scaled, feathered and hoofed kids.

the young lady working in aquatics was particularly skilled at balancing multiple customers at a time - a skill i know is hard to learn. good for her. the cashier was friendly and personable and commented on how cute my lizard was. i wish i remembered their names but i came in on 3/3/21 around 5:30-6pm so whoever was working then was doing a great job. the store also has a huge selection of reptile products snd looks like a decent selection of dog and cat as well, although i didn’t explore those departments.

I have a dog who is six months old she’s very obedient but shy of people and other dogs. We are taking steps to socialize her in many ways but I told the people in the grooming department and they are just wonderful and so well trained on how to help her. I highly recommend them ♥ufe0f
