I just moved to Westminster a few months ago. I was apprehensive about finding a new dental office until I found Carroll County Dental Associates and they have been wonderful! I highly recommend them as their staff is always courteous and my dentist is wonderful! I can't say enough about how happy I have been to have found such a wonderful dental office. Kudos to all the Staff at Carroll County Dental Associates!!!
Always a pleasant place to come. Lots of smiles. I had a new dentist today Dr Simpson. She was very polite and professional. The tech was very pleasant and all the staff was great. THANKS to the desk receptionist who worked very hard to schedule all my needed appointments and insurance needs !!
I have been a patient at this location for many years. I had an appointment for a cleaning but they refuse to see me as an essential worker. Require that I have to stay home for 14 days and the only way I can do that is quit my job. Discriminating against essential works is unacceptable. I will never darken their door again and I suggest you do the same in a show of support for those of us who keep the world moving and safe.nnWhen I spoke to your staff they didn’t ask where I had been, they simply said that if I had traveled I had to stay home for 14 days before they would see me.
Been coming here forever all because of Marie! She is the Best. Love her attention to detail, her gentleness and how she wants to problem solve any issues we are having. I learned to take of my teeth better because of her! We also really like Dr. Simpson, she is meticulous and also seems to really care about her patients.
Hygienist Chris was AWESOME! I usually see Dr Chittimus who is fantastic, but this time saw Dr V and she seems so nice. Definitely can't go wrong with either of them.
