I would have rated Cadillac 5 stars ten years ago, 4 stars 5 years but it really is not what it once was. Service is slow and bartenders do not know how to work the bar when it gets busy. Friday and Saturday nights are really the only times worth going now and don't bother showing up until around 10:30-11:00. I would still recommended for people mostly in their 30's and 40's because it probably is still the best bar/nightclub for a night of fun for that age group.

I stopped in for some jalapeno poppers and was informed they had $5 burgers so I got both. Both were amazing. The two guys in the bar area were really friendly and made me feel at ease. I'll have to stop in again for drinks this time. The guys were pretty handsome too so that's a bonus.

Always fun to get out and have a blast on the dance floor. Especially when there is a live band! This is one of my favorite places! Awesome!

Music was good, that's about it. Staff was really rude. I understand you have a lot of customers. With the crowds it draws and the amount of booze sold ownership should put more bar backs into service and hire people that actually give a damn to want to work. You missed out on my party. We had several ppl wanting to spend our hard earned dollars at your establishment and I saw at least half dozen other people leave before we left due to lack of service.
