Dr Elliot is an amazing doctor. He explains everything to you so you can you can understand it better m. I love their staff. They are so patient and courtesy. I’m so glad I found a great doctor and staff. I just want to thank the whole staff for everything. So if you are looking for a great doctor and staff they are it!!!!

The staff was very kind and friendly. Very warm and comforting. However, the nurse I was given seemed extremely nervous. Visibly shaking and even saying she was nervous while in the room with me. She forgot to use gloves at one point (During a COVID pandemic). Then had to stop to do so. She performed the service needed very poorly to the point where I’ve gotten very little results. When she was finished, she told me I can leave without checking to see if she completed her service for me successfully. I had to ask her to check before I left. Still feeling no different than I had before I came, I went to the store and bought the same tool she used and used it successfully on myself in less than an hour. I went to see this nurse for 2 days. I came in for something minor so I would ABSOLUTELY not recommend this clinic or “that nurse in particular” to no one else. The warm environment prior to the nurse is the only reason I’ve given this clinic one star. Everything else was completely a waist of time.

I'll rate it 0 stars if I could. So while riding down La1 headed home from work. I felt a little light headed and vision was a little blurry so I decided to stop by and get a quick work up just to be on the safe side.. I pull up around 5:30ish or so (note there's only 1 white SUV in the parking lot in front on the building) no patients in the lobby and the door is locked & the sign says close at 6pm.. So as I'm leaving I call & Rose answers I say what time do you close she states we'll be closing in about 10-15 minutes I said well I just left there and the doors are locked she then states oh well must be at capacity I stated how'snnthat when there's only one car in the parking lot and no patients in the lobby she then gave some excuse about them being a primary care too.. I then say what good it do to be a urgent care and have posted hours when patients can't even be seen during office hours she started saying ma'am ma'am you don't have to use that language now I'm very much shocked but know very well this tactic she's using make it seem as though the person is being rude & using profanity WHICH I NEVER DID I had no reason too just to hang up in my face and that she did. So to sum it all up I was lied to, lied on & got hung up on because I decided to stop to this facility to get checked out because the posted hours said closes at 6. Anyone who stays in around this facility knows there's really nowhere else to go around this time of day due to traffic. I hope places like this shuts down what good are you if ur not providing a service during your posted business hours.

Unfriendly and not very helpful. Didn't get anything resolved when I went a few weeks ago or my sister that went today.
