Appointment went well. Dr West took time to listen and to answer , in common terms, every question I asked. I was well pleased.

Had to wait longer than usual to see Dr. West but he was apologetic and generous with his time for me--as usual. His exam and advice were thorough with plenty of time for my questions and his advice.
