My experience with this clinic was fine initially. Once my behavioral health doctor was terminated things went down hill, however. I was assigned a new doctor in Houma but he switched me to an incoming doctor who was training to be at the Morgan City location. I spoke with her twice via telemedicine (due to the pandemic).nnShe prescribed me a new prescription, but it was never filled even though I checked with my pharmacy of choice three days in a row. I didn’t worry about it because every time I would call they would say my doctor was in Houma and transfer me even though I spoke with the director to try to sort the situation out.nnToday, I called because I desperately need a form filled out for my new living accommodations. I was told I would need to set an appointment, and was told again that my doctor was in Houma. I spoke again about the mix up but was transferred to Franklin only to leave a message. I then called Houma but had to leave a message because I did not have the male physician’s information.nnI called the Morgan city office to obtain his information in order to make an appointment. However, I was told by another representative there was no record of my behavioral health appointments AT ALL after about 12 minutes. I asked to be transferred to the initial receptionist because she had just verified that I had a record, but I was placed on hold only to be transferred to the dentistry department and transferred again where I was placed on another hold.nnIt has been a challenge to conduct my day to day unmedicated, but I was able to forgoe this. However, considering this form will determine whether I am eligible for tenancy I am beyond outraged at the lack of organization and professionalism of this clinic. Ultimately, I’m going to have to switch behavioral healthcare providers because the documents need to be submitted by the commencement of January.nnI am also going to find a new OBGYN because I do not trust this practice at this point. Plus, I shall cancel all future appointments (I had an annual appointment which I received no reminder for so I had set another one up today in the midst of all this). Essentially, if you are looking to fulfill any healthcare needs I would advise avoiding this clinic all together or else down the line you will be in the same predicament.

The workers in this establishment constantly lose paperwork and could not stitch my wound properly because they neglected to order enough equipment, my mouth was bleeding for 7 hours after surgery . I had surgery on my mouth and had two teeth taken out as well as some bone, I go to the pharmacy in pain and find out it’s the complete wrong prescription along WITH THE WRONG FIRST AND LAST NAME. I had to wait hours for my prescription to find out it was the wrong one and when I went back they treated me like it was my fault they got my prescription wrong. Unbelievable. Will not be back.

I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it 0. If you value your time or self esteem DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE! I was turned away two times as an emergency walk-in to the dental clinic after being told to come in. Why? Because they were too busy to see me. Ok but why did you tell me to come in the first place? Twice? Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. There's more to this story but I won't put it out there.
