Good selection and layout. Employees have masks. I feel safe shopping there. Plenty of room to social distance.

Easy to find supplies when needed...friendly, helpful associates especially Mr Oliver, Clinton, Ben and ALL the cashiers....

NORMALLY I want to RAVE about Lowe's... But on 3/21/21 NOBODY was working.... 10 -12 ppl stacked in 2 checkout lines and NOBODY in the entire garden center on the FIRST DAY OF SPRING!!! Took nearly a half hour to eat 6 cans of SPRAY PAINT. Do better Lowe's.. Lots off ppl looking for jobs.. No excuses! Getting my pants from Davidson's farms and got plumbing supplies from Smart's in Arcadia... #shoplocal

My mom purchased a whirlpool washer and it was defective. It did not work properly from the start. She had no issues with Lowe’s Agreeing to come and swap out the washer l; however, She had a hard time getting them to actually do so. One week passed and when she contacted them, the employees she spoke with knew nothing of the swap. The next week, she was promised delivery several times but it did not happen. She could never speak with Stacy the manager over deliveries even though the customer service rep stated on one call that she was standing right there. Finally Steven picked up and offered as much assistance as he could and gave another day for delivery which was still 3 days later. We have no issues with Steven, he helped as much as he could, was patient, and had excellent customer service. He was just hearing about this issue and scheduled a swap the next available time. It was not his fault that the other employees dropped the ball. I would not advise anyone to purchase any thing they can not physically return because Lowe’s in Ruston does not care about customer satisfaction. Everyone knows how essential a washer is.
