I am sure I will get dropped for this but it is the truth.nnI went in for a scheduled follow up 6 months after being place on blood pressure medication. I like Dr.Kilgore she has always been nice to me and I have been going to her for along time. I have insurance with no coepay the woman behind the glass Emily was short and a little rude to me she told me that the visit would cost $115. I mentioned that I wasn’t sick and it was a follow up that the office had set up to discuss the medication. She said it would still be $115. I thought that was too expensive so I cancelled the appointment and left. I decided to call and speak to the office Manager Elizabeth who basically told me it was because of my insurance. When I asked her if I didn’t have insurance and walked in off the street sick how much would it cost me she wouldn’t give me an answer, she just kept telling me it would be an average. The more we spoke The more defensive she got. Then she brought up the fact I had a past balance from my last appointment, when I brought up that it was a wellness checkup and it was covered by my insurance and she responded that it was coded as a wellness check up but something wasn’t covered almost to rub it in my face that I owed them something.nnI like Dr.Kilgore and I am sure she stands behind her employees, but after how things went today I doubt I will be back.

My wife and I both see Dr. Kilgore and have for several years now. She is thorough and always pleasant. Great staff also !

Not a fan. Has always been rude to my grandmother, who cannot find another physician at this time due to lack of income. She’s always condescending. Do not recommend.

I have seen Dr. Kilgore for years. Great staff.
