Dr Poole is great. He explained things very well and very detailed to me. I appreciate the time he took to make sure I understood the info of my results and I felt very confident when I left his office.nThe staff there however, a whole different story. From what I understand it’s not his staff or office, he only goes there time to time but he should go somewhere else because that staff starting from the receptionist to the girl that takes down all the financial data is unprofessional to say the least. During this Covid pandemic none of them walked back in to the office from lunch wearing a mask. The receptionist talked to a patient before even putting it on. They took my temp w a regular “under the tongue” thermometer so I had to remove my mask which was nerve wrecking after I saw this because I’m pregnant.nAnd then the lady taking down all my info for insurance kept referring to my husband as my “partner” and even asked why I didn’t have my own insurance after I repeatedly told her because I’m MARRIED. The only other person there besides the Dr. that was Professional was the sonographer.nSo to say the least I didn’t go back because of that experience but if I needed to see Dr Poole again I’d ask where else he works at so I can go there instead.
