Chris was great to work with. He gave me a lot of options and his opinion on what would work best. He kept me updated on when they would be in. When they came in, they were installed in less then an hour. Tgey look great!! I would definitely recommend Chris.

Chris was very professional and discussed all of my options for custom shutters for my entire main floor. He was realistic about the timeline and when they arrived he and his installer had them all hung with in a few hours. They look amazing and I am having him order and install some custom blinds in my second floor. I highly recommend Chris!

Great products and installation at a fair price. What takes Gotcha Covered over the top is the personal touch and customer service. Chris was second to nobody in customer service. I would give them 7 stars if it was allowed.
