Auto auction direct is thee place to go to find your new pre-owned vehicle. Upon entering the lot, I was greeted without a mile long script about how the dealership is "non-tradtional"( I consider that a good thing). There was no pressure to have the salesman ride along on the test drive. Questions were answered directly and promptly. There were some concerns about the car and it was addressed immediately and Appropriately, and fixed on the next business day. It honestly is hard to find a "good dealer" not because peoples dishonesty(sometimes), but because there is more then one person involved ,and not all party's are trained properly or posses the knowledge of what is going on in the process. Auto auction direct allowed me to go directly to the source and actually helped solve the problem without grief. There is some parts that are just part of buying a used car, and that is understandable. What was not understandable was addressed immediately upon next business day. I worked at Newby BUICK GMC for a year as a salesman, I would prefer auto auction direct over Newby any day. Thank you auto auction direct for the pleasant car buying experience
