Great people and great service. The design came to live step by step through mutual cooperation. They did their best to keep me satisfied and gave me what I really want. Sometimes communication was longer than it should have been, but I am sure that if it was face to face it would have went very smoothly. All in all very satisfactory and the ring came out gorgeous. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in for quality

Green Lake Jewelry is a really special place. The environment is so beautiful. They put a lot of attention and detail in to cultivating a client-centered experience for their guests. We had a lovely experience working Chelsea. She was able to piece together my thoughts even though I wasn't able to give very clear descriptions. I loved how many different pieces were on hand to try on and formulate my ideal ring. Chelsea sent us a the most beautiful hand-drawn rendering of the ring she conceptualized for us and it was EXACTLY what I hoped for!

Could not be happier with the whole process and the final product, which exceeded my expectations. My designer, Sophia, was a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable and responsive to requests and communication. The staff was more than willing to make minor adjustments to ensure I was 100% happy with the ring. The ring shipped ahead of schedule and the final price was less than expected. I will definitely recommend Green Lake to friends and family, and I will keep them in mind for my future jewelry desires.

My fiancé and I went to Greenlake Jewelry to pick out an engagement ring together. Vin helped us and was such a pleasure to work with. He walked us through the styles of ring I was looking for, helping us understand the setting and structure of the rings. He then took an extensive amount of time allowing us to choose a diamond, letting us choose by our impressions before giving us the specs on each diamond. He was very transparent about pricing and explained how the stones were graded and why. When I mentioned that my friends were in town the next day he put a rush on my ring so I would have it the very same day to show everyone! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to make them feel comfortable while choosing jewelry.

Sophia was amazing to work with on our engagement ring! She was able to understand what the style I was looking for even though I couldn't fully verbalize it. Sophia took the time to work with the sketches we gave her to design a truly unique and special ring. We are in love with this ring!
