This is the only place I take my car to have it serviced. The guys there are awesome. Super friendly. They keep you updated the whole time. I highly recommend them!
I live in Salt Lake City and was visiting the St. George area for a weekend getaway. Yesterday evening, I noticed a nail in my front right tire which was causing a slow leak. Today, I stopped by BT because it’s not far from the freeway on my way home. I expected a line and figured it would take a while before they could fix my tire. There was a little line, but a friendly college age fella took a look at the tire, got a jack and started to fix the flat. He was done in less than 20 minutes. I went to the office to pay and met more very nice guys, who told me it was free of charge. I didn’t think it was normal business for them to refuse payment, so I pulled out my credit card and told them I needed to pay. In a humorous, yet friendly manner, they told me to enjoy my day because they were happy to help. What kind of business does that? These guys are incredible! I will probably drive all the way back for 4+ hours to BT when I’m ready for new tires — just because of the goodness and integrity I saw today when I went in to get my flat fixed. Thank you, thank you!
They fix the AC, for a good price and they pick me up to go get my car When it was done. They also work on my friends SUV it was also a very good experience. The office looks clean and the employees are friendly. If your a single mom like me, definitely go there. -$$.

I had a flat tire that needed repaired or replaced. They were able to repair it and have it back on my car in less than 20 minutes with no charge.

The only reason I am giving these guys five stars... is because I cannot give them 10! This is the best Tire and Service company in town. I have been thoroughly impressed with these guys every time I go in. Brad and his boys, and Mike the manager will always do whatever they can to make it right, and are always honest. They tell me exactly what they would if it were their own car, and I 100% trust them. I have referred many people to them and they always come back with glowing reviews. They have also fixed many flat tires for me and our landscape crew - free of charge. I would recommend Brad and his team at BT Pearson Tires to anyone!
