Attentive staff, and the care is always top-notch. The personal connection is what makes the difference here. I always know I am going to get sound medical advice, from a staff that knows me by name!

My two-year-old daughter had an appointment a week ago and the office called my number and not my father’s number which are both on her call list my father drove all the way to take her to the doctor at Clearview primary and they told her they needed to reschedule since the doctor was sick but if somebody would’ve gotten hold of my father it wouldn’t of wasted the money on gas and time. Next I as an adult I have an appointment for a week at 4 PM on Friday afternoon I called to let them know that I was going to be late but never signed a piece of paper stating that if I was 15 minutes late I needed to have it rescheduled but apparently those are the rules that were popped on me at the last minute and when I got inside at 4:26 the receptionist said nothing other then you’re going to have to reschedule she didn’t bother to speak with the doctor or anything else and I feel it was very rude since I’ve been sick for a very long time. I will find another place for me and my daughter to go I’d rather not spend any kind of money driving all the way over there for crummy staff

My first two visits to the doctor office I saw Sandra and the doctor appointment went great they saw me in a timely manner but today I had an appointment at 10:15 I got here at 10:12 they didn't call me back until 10:47 I've been sitting in the room since then and nobody has came in it is now 11:48 . The nurse who brought me in the room told me she would be right back but never came back at 12:15 I'm walking out of here and let me remind you there was only me and another woman waiting to be seen . I don't want to spend 2 hours waiting on a doctor when they have been canceling my appointments for the past week !

I have been seeing Sandy for about 4 years and always had excellent care until Piedmont bought out Clearview. I now can not get a appointment when sick , called on a Monday and asked if they had anything open for the week the lady that answered the phone said no and hung up, I guess I need to find a new practice not under piedmont.
