Bruce was very honest about the job that needed done. He replaced our front door and windows and laid new wood floors. I was so happy with his honesty that I asked him to help build my kitchen island and reroute gas lines for my gas range and my dryer. I recommend his company.
BEWARE! The project started off in the right direction but quickly took a u turn. I wouldn't even want to give this company a one star rating. The quality of their workmanship was sub par. Things were done sloppy, weeks went by with no communucation (and I am not speaking about the slow down with covid 19), wrong parts were ordered and we ended up spending even more money to redo many of the mistakes, etc. All in all it was a nightmare of an experience with what was a fairly straightforward, and small remodel project (bathroom/laundry room) which should have taken 6 to 8 weeks from start to finish. I would NEVER recommend this company or contractor to anyone. As far as we are concerned they shouldn't even be in business. I really don't like to be negative but I think I would be remiss to not let potential customers aware of our horrific, torturous and extremely COSTLY experience. The contractor did not honor our contract and has ignored all requests to rectify the situation and/or complete the agreed upon job. BEWARE!
