Carquest Auto Parts - St. George Carquest

Wonder what happened to customer service? It's amazing how poorly they can treat a customer that's spent 10k to 20k this year alone at advance auto parts. I went to return a battery that I purchased in salt lake and literally set the battery in the car and took back out. He was looking at this spanking new battery all sideways trying to find a scratch then puts his reader on it and says it's reading between good and weak. I'm like that's great, maybe you should compare it to the one on the shelf. I'm standing here holding the receipt with a brand new battery that was sold to me two days ago. I don't need it and it's as new as anything on your shelves. Looking for a reason to not return. Pretty sad business honestly. To bad cause advance auto parts sponsors my racecar. Not even about the money it's about a manager that has no business in the position he's in. Advance auto parts is a really good parts store and I'll continue to buy from them but never ever this location. Nobody likes to be treated like they're trying to pull a fast one and that's exactly how they treated me even with everything needed to return. Based off everything that's on their policy I shouldn't have had a single issue returning this. Except for a manager that likes to power trip. Bad location. Better off going to a competitor store since this is the only advance auto parts in St George. Likely I can order online and skip the store.

We came here for a car show. We didn't shop. But we had a good time.

This is easily the best place to go for car parts. They are extremely knowledgeable and they have the best prices. They are even able to find parts that the computer may not mention but will work anyways. I will always go here over the other places first.
