Great buying experience. Thomasville bedspread is beautiful and delivery was within a week. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
I have never ordered from this company before, my mom had in the past and was pleased. They have nice products but the gentleman we spoke with in customer services was very rude and unprofessional. I am returning my curtains with no desire to use this company again. Plus found better deals elsewhere!!

Excellent customer service. My package did not arrive ( UPS had delivered it to a neighbor by mistake), and I emailed the company that evening. Early the next morning, the company called me and started an investigation. I was so relieved that they called and responded so quickly. I was so worried that not only would I not receive the product, but I may not get a refund or help. I was so glad they called and were working with me to find a solution. I also contacted UPS. We finally found the package.nnAll in all- I would order from this company again. The product was great/ arrived finally in great condition. They were prompt to communicate with me. They also emailed me through out - updating me on the status of the package.nnExcellent customer service.
