These guys are miracle workers! Took 2 pair of pants that had old grease, commercial grade ink and some silicone all over them. I was going to trash them because they do not wash clean.nChris took them and made them look brand new! Amazing work!nHighly recommend!!!nThanks again Chris!

I brought a pair of pants to have a zipper replaced around the first week or so in February. They never called to say the seamstress was going to be “out of town” and the other was out sick. The had my pants over a MONTH! I’ll NEVER use Spry again!

Took my husband's vests to Chris after the cats had been peeing on them for months. Asked him to do what he could otherwise I was going to have to throw them out. Was amazed at the results! Not a hint of that smell anywhere, even when ironed. Thank you!!!

I also had clothing and two queen size comforters destroyed in the fire in Blairsville. I have tried to contact them about reimbursement, but no answers! What is the deal?

I have taken several items over the past year with no issues until February 2017. At which point I got two items ruined both of which Spry was at fault. I pickup a sweater with a staple in the sweater with a thread pulled about 5 inches out. I left it for a repair at which they cut the thread and a large pull still visible and very noticeable when I picked it up. It was the first time the sweater was cleaned and after Spry cleaned the sweater it's integrity was gone. Yes it can be worn, but when you have a $200 Eileen Fisher sweater you're paying for the style.nnBesides the sweater I left a Burberry cashmere wool coat. It was ruined as well. The fabric was rubbed and now looks like an old worn out coat, which it is not. I took the matter to spry and they assured it could be fix and after several attempts it was the same. They admitted fault and offered $40 for a $2000 coat. I bought the coat 2 years ago brand new and took excellent care of it. I was not satisfied with $40. It was actually taken up with lawyers at which point Spry said it was a family coat that had been handed down, which is was not, and denied they damaged it. However, they offered $200 for the sweater damage if I dropped the coat issue. So basically they lied their way out of having to pay for the coat. I wouldn't take them my Hanes t-shirts to clean.
