Brought our vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked a few friends for recommendations and they directed me to this specific location exclusively. The service was so quick that I was able to have a cup of coffee and get back on the road in no time. They even topped off all the fluids and adjusted the tire pressure. Very friendly and right to the point. Will def be back!

I am a lucky man to have found this big o tires. Trent and Jeff were both super helpful. I couldn't find my size tire anywhere, they went way out of their way to find them. They found them faster than any other tire shop, put them on faster than anyone else could, and then apologize that it took so long. I highly recommend this place. Super helpful, up front and honest, they had me over a barrel as they were the only ones that had my tires, but they still gave me a great price, better than I was finding anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Took 1.5 hours to replace 1 tire. Looked through the window from the waiting room, staff was eating breakfast and joking around. Guy at the front counter was great despite the slow & lazy team members; he felt bad that I waited so long for such an easy job and gave me a deal on the install.

I stopped in about twenty minutes before they were scheduled to close because one of my tires was low on air. Some of the employees were outside so I asked Christian if he could check my tires and put air in them for me. He was happy to do so and for free. I explained to him that I put air in them once already that week. At that time, Jeff came out and asked if Christian was taking care of me. Jeff and Christian then offered to take a better look at my tires to figure out why they had become low on air so quickly. Even though at this time, they were going to close within 15 minutes, they put my car on the lift and found a nail in one of my tires. They quickly took it off, patched it, and put it back on. My tire was fixed for free and I was on my way before they even closed. These two guys were helpful, informative, quick, and efficient. When I need to eventually replace my tires, I will be going back to Big O. Thank you Christian and Jeff!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was charged but my tires were never rotated and my oil was never changed. Had to take my vehicle back in two separate times to have them both done and never received an apology or explanation. Would not recommend!
