Jim was able to squeeze me in on a busy day and fix my broken water pump while I was on a long road trip. In and out in two hours.... that’s what I call service!!
He painted our RV the wrong colors, he took out our Onan generator and replaced it with a power tech of much cheaper value, door to coach wouldn’t shut. They were very rude on the phone and it took a year to fix it and we had to take it elsewhere to fix it properly. I would never recommend them ever for a class A diesel pusher!
We needed new propane gas hoses. Jim’s RV had what we needed and on our side of town. Yay!
Very friendly and helpful staff with the best prices I've been able to find in town.
I came into Jim’s RV to get the corner of my truck camper fixed, I backed into a pole and it partially pulled the bracket from the camper. I was on vacation with my wife and we had a time crunch, they were accommodating, kind and so friendly.
Got it fixed well under the time estimated and it looks good as new. Not only that but the parts they used to fix it made it stronger than before.
Thankful to Scott for the help and to all the staff at Jim’s for a great experience
