Turner's House of Carpet

Paid 3,000 for carpet to be install in a house and when they came to install it the son came and they had to go get another guy who normal dont work with them to help install it cause the other person who work with them didnt come to work that day they rush on the entire house so they could get paid that day which was on a friday I have seams showing thru the entire house donny the old man who is the owner very rude and not professional at all he think he can talk to you any kind of way but he said they was coming back to take care of it and never did this is a bad place of business for customers wanting good quality work stay away from this place as far as you can !!!!!!!

Called Turner house of carpet in June. Donnie came to the house we talked about them putting in flooring in the whole house. He seemed very interested. He took measurement and ask if we come by the office and pick out what flooring we wanted them to install. We did .he told us they would be out in four weeks. We waited the four week nothing. We waited five weeks nothing. Six weeks went by we called they said we will put you on the list we were told we were already on the list. The his wife Patricia called and said they would be out the following monday to start work. We thought finally. The she called and said donnie wanted to come by and finalize everything the following day we said that's great. The next day went by and no one showed up we called again. We were told we are so busy we can't give you a time to start. We ask if donnie was still coming by to finalize the contract again we were told he would come by monday morning. We waited all day no one showed and no one called. We called again and was told again that donnie had to go here and there and Patricia said I will talk to donnie and call you back. I ask her if they wanted the to do the job or not she said she would talk to donnie and call me back. Still haven't heard a word. I recomend if your wanting your floors done do not call Turner house of carpet. They way they run their business if terrible. Not only do they not tell you the truth they don't even have the desiencey to call you back. Terrible business people.
