I love the subs. The place is clean but never enough help. I went in and they had 8 sub rolls they were working on. There was 2 people working . I guess it was a call in order but the line got longer and I was thinking I may have to leave if they don't hurry up and get to me. I was first in line and a couple of others came in. They finally started waited on me after the line was out the door . Love the subs but care for the wait. I guess if I had called in my order I would have got my food in a proper amount of time.
Nailed my order however it's difficult to be Covid conscious with no one enforcing masks and no real way to social distance.
Can’t even get one order right and they’ll leave one employee working while the others are standing around smoking outside or on their phones. Don’t order online because you will not get what you ordered. I just wanted subway today and I got everything but what I ordered. I’ll be making the longer trip to Lyons for subway so I can actually get what I ordered.
This the second time I ordered from here and I didn't get everything I ordered. If I make something a meal, I EXPECT to have my CHIPS EVERY TIME I DO!!! Please do better with make sure the order is right!!
One was answering their phone while taking orders and couldnt even get the sandwhich right with me telling her what i want on it
