Facility is dirty and it needs a good deep cleaning/sanitizing. one of the front office staff members is very rude, the practitioners don’t listen effectively or even make eye contact with you instead they stare at your paperwork or their laptop and you are treated like an assembly line patient who they are trying to rush out the door. I was misdiagnosed twice by two practitioners. Don’t go before their lunch break because you will be rushed out the door without any of your concerns being properly addressed. I used to love the practitioners but their bed side manner and expertise is definitely lacking now.

Just don't waste your time. All I needed was a referral. 3 days later and they STILL haven't completed it. They just take your money and don't do their job.

Office staff is cordial. In my opinion the Practioners did not listen to my history and my concerns . It's my opinion that the phlebotomy department is unskilled and too does not listen.
