I just moved to Americus and called to make my daughters first appointment there. I called and asked if they were accepting new patients and the woman said yes. Then I told her we just moved to town and I wanted to make my daughter an appointment and the woman said yes. Which is odd. She wasn’t helpful at all. I waited for her to say something else and then asked to make an appointment. She said “uhhh wait one moment” like she didn’t know how to do her job. Then when she came back she told me not to make an appointment and to just want in whenever. I asked for the best time to do that and she said “uhhh it doesn’t matter we’re always busy”. I paused because I was shocked in how unhelpful this woman was. I just said okay and hung up. You would think an employee would be actually helpful in getting a patient there.

I absolutely LOVE the front office. Especially Anna. They are the best! They are all very good at what they do. The nurses are very good at taking care of my kids when I come in. I LOVE all the Providers. They answer all the questions I have about my kids. Best Doctors Office in town!!!

I love Southwest Pediatrics! All the staff, especially Misty at the front desk is awesome! They are very caring and listen to all my concerns. Dr. Santos is a great doctor and always puts my sons needs first. I can call and always be been the same day.
