I bought a battery back in January. I took it in because it lost its charge...even though it was on the trickle charger, it's highly likely my fault that it lost charge for leaving my bike sit too many months without starting it. Nevertheless, they kept it for a couple days, recharged it, did all the necessary tests to make sure it was good to go, and had it ready for me to pick up a day later. My bike started right up. Thanks for taking good care of me, guys, and honoring a warranty when you probably didn't really have to. I will highly recommend you to others.
Dixie Battery is absolutly amazing. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and hard-working. I can't express in words how grateful I am that Dixie Battery is part of our community here in Southern Utah. Based on the experiences that I've had with them I'm now a Dixie Battery customer for life.
I bought the battery 2 months ago. My truck wouldn't start. Didn't have enough power to open the windows. They checked the battery and said it was fully charged and nothing wrong with it. I bought a new battery from Oriely, installed it and problem solved. I've bought several batteries from Dixie battery over the years. Will never by from them again. They lost a good customer today.
Highly awesome staff that will not cheat you, even had then turn me away once saying I needed a new alternator not new batteries and another time that I only needed one battery...
Very competent. Great customer service. Replaced my battery in less than 2 minutes. Prices are the best in town.
