Peaceful, Relaxing and EnchantingnnMy husband found the Firefly At Madison while looking for places to stay in Georgia, the next day I called the owner Ellie and immediately felt she was my best friend! She is extremely welcoming and loving which translates into her beautiful B&B. Upon arrival we were greeted by her welcoming committee, chickens! They were as intrigued by us as we were by them. We stayed in “ The cottage” which is beautifully decorated in a French country style and incredibly comfortable. Ellie thought of every detail for what her guests may need, she made us feel at home the second we arrived. Her dogs Bella and Posh are extremely friendly and our daughter was excited to see them every day. One early morning my husband and daughter spotted deer near the house, they both said it was an amazing sight. The town of Madison is so beautiful with its cozy Main Street shops and it’s gorgeous historical homes. We’ve already started planning our second trip! The Firefly is definitely our new happy place.

This place is adorable. Peaceful, friendly and very artsy, can't say enough good things about it! You'll definitely want to stay beyond and tell all your friends. Also, be sure to join or book your own paint party, you'll love it!

The Firefly is amazing ! It’s such a cozy, private place with lots of wildlife. We saw a 2 does and 2 fawns just down the street. The owner , Ellie makes the place feel like home. She is very kind and makes sure to make your stay a very pleasant one ! We will return in the fall. Thank you Ellie for everything !

This was one of those rare times when it feels like you are visiting your favorite aunt and not a bnb. A very warm host, welcoming and accommodating. If you want company, you got it. If you prefer privacy, can't be more private that than. Comfortable Tempur pedic bed, all the amenities you can imagine. Close to everything in Madison yet feels like you live in a forest. Beautiful area, clean air, farm animals (and deer if you want). Fresh eggs from the chickens in the barn outside. It was like a dream that I didn't want to end. Thank you Ellie!
