I am in love with the Ania Haie collection at Whitby Jewelers. The pieces are so fun. I have bought several! All of the staff is so friendly. Ask for Olivia, she is such a pleasure to work with!

The customer service at Whidby’s is exceptional. After purchasing two single band rings I wanted them made into a jacket for my anniversary ring. I spoke with Shannon and she understood what I needed and made it for me. It looks beautiful. I couldn’t ask for better. I will definitely visit them again.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They have really beautiful and unique jewelry in their store. I wanted a thin band on my solitaire to replace my current 3mm. Instead of resetting my diamond the jeweler shaved it down from a 3mm to a 1.5mm for 1/3 the cost. It is beautiful! She also polished my diamond band that goes with it like new. I felt very comfortable leaving my diamond with them they even include a photo of your piece on the receipt. I definitely recommend using them!

Gracious, warm, and exemplary service! I took my senior mom by for adjustments to her watch and to replace a necklace for her cross. Your staff were careful given the current virus situation, yet warm & accommodating to meet her every need, treating her like a queen! Many thanks for your kindness to my mom. Given the impressive knowledge and expertise, as well as sensitivity to our budget, we no doubt have chosen the best jeweler.
