I can’t say enough good things about Dixie Powersports and their staff. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, but they genuinely wanted to help us get our bikes up and running as quickly as possible. We had spent several hours trying to repair one of our bikes to get back riding, and we decided to get some help. We called up BJ to have him take a look at one of our bikes, and within minutes he had helped us find our problem. When we told him we wanted to get this fixed ASAP, even if it meant doing it ourselves, he gave us some great pointers and insight and then we went on our way. There was nothing “in it” for them, but they helped us out because they are excellent people, and they have a wealth of knowledge regarding the repair dirtbikes. If I am in the area again, I would not hesitate for an instant to bring them my business.

They were done quickly, but the motorcycle still needed some tuning when I got there and road it around the block. After they tuned it, it still wasn't perfect. The job also seemed slightly over priced and they didn't do a very good job telling me why it cost that much. For the price I payed it should have been perfect. I've been looking for a honest, personable and capable shop around town, this one was better than some I've tried but I'm still looking.

They had 2 bikes that needed new motors I asked BJ the owner how much he said $100 each. He said I could pay for them when I got back to Utah. I called him a week in advance he said he would have them ready to go. I went in today to pay for them and pick them up BJ told me he sold them for more money last week. If you want people to work on your machines that have no Integrity, Morals and honesty this is your place. I would if they even did the work they said they do. I would never use them.
