The tow truck driver was amazing. Sent a letter of appreciation to her boss.
Had an accident in the small town of Crawfordville , GA. and this company is who my roadside assistance contracted to come out for the tow. I was stuck on the shoulder of the highway for 3 hours. They never showed and never answered upon attempts to reach them to follow up on eta. Very unprofessional and poor business ethics. Would not give any stars if Google would allow. I have escalated a complaint to my insurance carrier to remove this company from their list of service providers.
We're out of towner's & AAA towed to their place of business Thursday evening, yes evening and it was fixed by lunch Friday. The alternator & battery we're shot. Their price was also comparable. We did NOT feel ripped off.
My Kia Niro broke down and I called Kia's roadside assistance operator who assigned First Call Towing to my location. Waited for more than 4 hours for them to arrive. They never did. No answer from them when we tried to call and not one call from them to us! Terrible!nEver heard of picking up a phone and letting me know that had no intention of coming?
When my car broke down my roadside used them. They never came and wouldn’t answer the phone. Then when the roadside called them they lied and said they talked to me. They never came. The man that worked with the DOT that came with the police called a tow company for me. He also said this company is known for not responding to calls that’s why he stopped working with them. I think this company is heartless, cruel, and very unprofessional to leave me stranded on a major interstate in the dark cold and rain.
